  We went here the other night and had the best experience. We requested a private table, and they sat us in the corner. Our server was excellent. The food was done amazingly well... the steak was likely the best I have had in my life. They also gave us free dessert because we were celebrating. All three times we have gone here we have loved the experience.

  Let's start with positive. Great food. Ordered the prime rib and it was very flavourful and cooked to order. Now the bad. Booked a reservation for 730. When we arrived 5 minutes early we were told a table was being prepared. We figured it would have been busy and OK with that. We waited 10 minutes to be seated only to see we were 1 of 3 parties there that night and a lot of empty tables. When we were ready to order drinks, we decided on a bottle of malbec wine, only to he told they ran out and don't have any. That was a little disappointing. The service started out great, until the half way point where our server started chatting with a group of his friends and saying rather loudly how he wouldn't want to be there except it's just a part time gig until he starts his own business. Not a big deal just not something you want to hear. Other than that he seemed to try to make the experience better for us. The worst part however was a hour wait for all the food. The reason given was that my wife ordered a well done steak and that takes longer. Would I go again yes, past experiences here have been great and hopefully this is just a one of situation.

  The flavor of the food was good what the service was very slow waited almost an hour or two for our appetizers and entrees to come out for that reason I will not come back.

  very poor experience. Normally not one to complain but this time I had too. 2 couples for an anniversary dinner. Very poor service, 3 meals with cold potatoes, repeatedly had to ask for coffee, repeatedly had to ask to get the table cleared. Assistant Manager came by the table and apologized for the cold potatoes said it was because it was real busy. Had to wait for 15 minutes for them to bring out new servings by that time the rest of the meals were almost finished. Thought that the assistant manager or server would provide some form of compensation but nothing, Called the manager the next day and was told that I should have asked the server or assistant manager for compensation at the time. I suggested that they should have excepted the responsibility at the time and offered something, not try to appease the situation with an offer of a discounted brunch the next day. Lots of choices for well run establishments so won't be back
